Experion’s Next Big Address in New Gurgaon.
Here’s the short version: Experion owns a large plot in Sector 88A, and Emerelle Reserve is what it plans to build there.
They bought the land in 2024 — about 8 acres for roughly ₹400 crore — and the plan we’ve seen is generous. Three layouts, from a 2,100 sq. ft. 3 BHK up to a 3,200 sq. ft. 4 BHK. Only four homes share each core, so lift lobbies stay quiet. Towers rise to about 40 floors, and there’s a clubhouse of around 70,000 sq. ft.
Now the honest bit. It isn’t on Experion’s website yet, and there’s no RERA number. That’s normal at this stage, but it should change how you act: register your interest by all means, just don’t pay a booking amount until the RERA filing is out and you’ve read it.
