More than 80% of the site is green. At its heart is what Experion calls the Lake Forest — lawns, shaded walks and water — with the towers set around it. Every home gets long running balconies, so you actually have somewhere to sit outside. The clubhouse steps down over three levels, a bit like paddy terraces, and holds about a lakh sq. ft. of things to do.
Small touches tell you someone thought about daily life — there’s a separate gate just for school buses. The design team is international, too: DPA from Singapore on the architecture, One Landscape from Hong Kong outdoors, and Greymatters on the interiors.
